Speaking to the press on the sidelines of the WISE HCMC+ 2025 Innovation, Science - Technology and Startup Week, Mr. Lam Dinh Thang, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City, confirmed that Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is considering setting up its base on the 6th floor of the Ho Chi Minh City Startup Center (SIHUB) building, 123 Truong Dinh, Xuan Hoa Ward, District 3.
Notably, the 6th floor of SIHUB is oriented to become a space for the Ho Chi Minh City International Finance Center, focusing on financial and technology organizations that the city hopes to attract in the coming period.
The news of Binance “booking” at SIHUB came just a few days after the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance and Binance signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 to improve the capacity to manage the digital financial market and connect the Vietnamese capital market with the international one.
