*Atomic Habits Review* I really agreed with Clear's emphasis on focusing on systems rather than just goals. It's easy to get caught up in the outcome you want, but the process is what truly matters. The book provides a very actionable framework for building those systems. I also liked the concept of habit stacking; it's a simple but effective way to build new habits. The idea of identity-based habits really resonated with me. It made me think about how my habits contribute to who I want to become, and how to be more intentional about aligning those. It gave me a new perspective on making changes that truly last.
