Upskilling in Web3: Let’s Be Honest for a Second
If you’ve been in Web3 longer than one cycle, you already know the truth:
This space does not wait for anybody.
One minute you’re farming DeFi yields.
Next minute it’s NFTs.
Then AI agents.
Now RWAs and modular chains.
If you blink, the timeline has moved on without you.
I’ve seen it happen too many times. People get comfortable. They master one lane.
The market shifts. Suddenly they’re tweeting “wen bull?” instead of building.
Web3 isn’t a corporate job where you can sit in one role for 10 years. It’s more like being an athlete.
If you stop training, someone younger, sharper, and hungrier takes your spot.
But here’s the key, upskilling doesn’t mean chasing every shiny new narrative like a degen chasing pumps.
