Hey everyone, just wanted to share a little progress update, feeling grateful today. A few months ago, I was struggling with a knee injury that made everyday tasks feel like climbing a mountain. But with consistent rehab exercises, patience, and a lot of determination, things are looking up. I can finally go for longer walks without pain, and it feels like I’ve got my freedom back.
