Yes, more of this. Back in the early 00's I was a black-trenchcoat-wearing cypherpunk extolling the virtues of privacy and PKI. I got very excited by the Eth white paper, and then very disappointed by the dgens. It will take pragmatism and bridges to lead the masses to decentralization – keep building!
