Someone knocked once on the door and vanished. By the time I opened, no one was there, just the empty hall echoing with footsteps.
Revisiting childhood streets revealed how much smaller everything seemed. Scale shifts with age. Places that once felt infinite become approachable. This is both comforting and sad: growth shrinks wonder, yet it expands capacity. Maturity is not about losing magic but about learning where else to find it.
