People in crypto just don't understand how early we all are, even though it's been a long road to get here. Transformational technologies take a decade a more to transform society: tablet computers, touchscreen phones, wifi, bluetooth, and now AI and crypto is no different. This morning, I was listening to an AI summary of crypto news stories and every major financial institution is getting into crypto rails.
Crypto companies remind me of the TV show "Firefly" - they're cancelling ideas because they didn't get traction by the third episode. Years later, Firefly becomes one of the most loved sci-fi series of all time. This will happen to crypto as a whole.
With the latest events in Iran, once Internet connectivity is restored, crypto has a chance to really make a difference and offer financial stability to an economy wrecked by corruption and a brutal dicatorship.
