I’m currently building in stealth. Pros & cons to both, obviously. My take? Build in stealth if you have a top-down product strategy and a clear idea of what needs to be built and you don’t need to iterate on the problem to get to a v1. Don’t build in stealth for competitive reasons. Build in public if by doing so you are more able to either a) get more clarity on the problem and product principles or b) attract early adopters/community to help cobuild.
