Asking lazyweb: what are the best developer tools to enable USDC offramp from Base to fiat?
We have about 2100 creators we want to instantly and programmatically pay via USDC on @base.base.eth and allow them to off-ramp to their fiat of choice.
Should support international users and self-custodied wallets. Assume they may or may not have a Coinbase account.
