Another positive outing for American innovators in this space. • Great to hear more support on record for Clarity. • The goal of "make America crypto capital" reiterated. • A point was made about Hyperliquid that was framed as a "gotcha", but actually made @ChairmanSelig's goal of onshoring markets all the more important. • A couple congresspeople wanting Chairman Selig to stop doing his job until additional commissioners are appointed. These are the same people who have questions about whether or not the gov't is more efficient. LOL. • The fact that onions and box office tickets are carved out from CFTC purview remains hilarious every time I hear it. • I think the conversation around the difference between gambling and prediction markets (particularly and especially in the sports sector) is the most important conversation to have.
