🕵️♂️ The SEC (https://www.sec.gov/newsroom/press-releases/2024-95) has charged the co-founders of NovaTech with running a financial crypto pyramid scheme, through which they collected $650 million from investors.
The pyramid scheme network involved 200,000 clients worldwide, with users being deceived by partial payouts funded by other investors instead of receiving real returns.
