One thing I really enjoy about writing is that it captures me at a particular point in time.
Taurus season has always been tough for me (as a Taurus) because depression means complicated feelings about getting older and celebrating being alive.
I wrote a whole Medium piece about this last year.
Depression makes things difficult, but I am trying to be less of a curmudgeon in my old age, so I've resisted yelling at people for acknowledging that I'm alive in 2026. Still not sharing the exact date because OPSEC, but just wanted to express gratitude for feeling less shitty this year and having made new friends who help meet me where I'm at.
