no we won’t know what’s going on in their app and there’s no way to attribute onchain at this point but it shouldn’t really matter, since most apps get users from being shared in feed i wouldn’t expect a big delta in usage patterns between the two apps

Who is building "MDN for ethereum"? if i search any web standard, i can immediately get: - a "hello world" example of how to use it - an authoritative spec - a table listing which browsers actually support the standard there is nothing like this in eth as far as i can tell

in the broadest stroke we are optimizing for growing the network, we already have great user retention, so this looks like dialing up discovery on one level I think there was just some trouble getting this dialed in well but on another this fundamentally goes against what some users want—they may not care about Farcaster growing outside of crypto or it's existing userbase or what not—neither side is "wrong" it's just a misalignment
