It's a new blockchain that Paradigm invested 20mln$. They immediately said there will be an airdrop for early adopters. To get it, you have to go through an invite, connect Twitter, Discord, wallet and send any amount of money. There is no reverse withdrawal yet, they will open it in February after the mainnet release.
