Pear Inspiration. When Nature Decided to Have a Laugh. Sometimes it feels like nature has a great sense of humor. Take, for example, a pear that suddenly decided to take on a rather unusual shape. Looking at this "fruit sculpture," itās hard not to smileāit seems like itās dressed up for a party in a costume that will have everyone talking. For botanists itās just a pear. For everyone else, itās a reason to wonder if fruit can have a personality. For artists it's inspiration for a still life that definitely wonāt go unnoticed. For gardeners it's a reminder that sometimes you should just trust nature and not prune everythingāwho knows, you might grow a masterpiece! Itās nature in creative mode!
