Do Kwon Pleads Guilty in U.S. Fraud Case
Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs and architect of the TerraUSD and Luna collapse, has entered a guilty plea in a Manhattan federal court. He admitted to conspiracy and wire fraud related to misleading investors about TerraUSD’s stability, including orchestrating price manipulation. His plea deal includes forfeiture of over $19 million in assets. Sentencing is scheduled for December 11, and he faces up to 12 years behind bars.
