Benchmarks matter. Treehouse’s DOR (Decentralized Offered Rates) brings transparent lending/borrowing benchmarks → TELR (lending) & TEBR (borrowing). Terms now uses these rates to power fixed-rate lending auctions. TradFi has LIBOR → DeFi needs DOR.
