Breaking News: A public safety alert was recently issued by my kitchen. My cooking has apparently been elevated from "slightly risky" to "approach with caution." My attempt to create a soufflé last night somehow turned into a pancake. My spatula has asked for a day off while the oven continues to try to figure out what went wrong. Attempting to prepare pasta without causing a global scandal with the Italian Nonna Association is today's culinary quest. Good luck to me!
