I feel like I'm angry and alone with my family. Now in maternity leave, all the time with children, household chores, constantly household trivia, lack of free time and the ability to go out. Anxiety, no self-actualization, guilt in front of my older child that I can't pay proper attention and for my mood swings and aggression. If I talk about my emotional state to my loved ones, they don't understand me and don't want to listen. Grandparents are far away and they are not obliged to help. My husband is at work, and after work there is no desire to discuss anything with me. I'm just writing to talk. Thank you.

My wife has become a recluse or something. My wife and I have been together for 15 years. Both work, teenage son. My wife has changed in recent years. She stopped keeping the apartment clean, does the laundry once a month, throws everything on the dining room table, there is nothing on it, from documents to food. It turned out that my husband's mistress works in my husband's organization. They met on the train when he was traveling on a business trip. Then they corresponded, and then he arranged for her to work for him to be closer and see her in the morning on the way to work and in the evening as well. Also in the evening he could say traffic and have her stay over till 8pm...and like a fool I believed him. #life #history #interesting
