Yea I’d say ‘crypto’ kinda fully fractured into their own separate culture around ~5ish maybe a bit more years ago and there’s less of a shared cohesive narrative since. 

Like I’ve been heavy into CryptoLeftist stuff for 5+ years now and have paid less attention to what crypto at large or as a whole has been up to.

Idk defi summer, all the NFT stuff (vitalik in ashton kutchner vid, punks etc) all the like andrei arc with yearn, EF/Eth price drama, purple pill & maker fallout 

Blobs? idk a lot has happened in the past 5 years lol tbf everything is more spread out now so like you get less of these events EVERYONE knows
