Seeing ICP rising tonight makes me think back to the day it was released with much Fanfare. The price fell to 20 pretty quickly, and then down to 2 over a very long time. Now it is popping up to 5 due to new developments. Bought a little in the hopes that ICP is ready to break out of what has seemed to be up until now, a drawn out beta version with no utility.
