Layer 2 solutions are designed to address the problems on Ethereum... including high fees, slow transactions, and limited scalability. Many L2s launched with similar promises. Arbitrum leads with $12B+ TVL. Optimism and Base have billions locked. Then there’s Scroll, with a rather small and modest $192M+ in TVL.
