I have always emphasized the importance of cash withdrawal. Sell in a step-by-step manner in a bull market. If you don’t sell in a step-by-step manner and don’t cash out, you will never know how much the coin will fall, and you will never know when the black swan will come. Everyone has a fluke mentality when investing. The black swan will not come to me. I made 1m and wanted to make 5m, but finally I exited with 0.1m. Now that the market is bearish, the importance of real money can be better reflected. Except for BTC, all coins are air. Don’t be attached to them. You can spend them on food, drink, buying houses, traveling, providing for your parents’ retirement, and educating your children. It’s not too much. Don’t suffer in reality. Save so many coins on exchanges and chains, and let hackers steal them. In the end, it’s all in vain.

In business, strategy has a precise meaning. If every plan or process is called a strategy, it will cause confusion. Here is the difference between the two: 1) Strategy explains the "why" and "how" of creating value. 2) Plans detail the "what" and "when" of achieving goals. In his book "One Hour Strategy", Jeroen breaks down strategy into six components: a) Market: Who are the target customers and competitors? Strategy can describe an organization's current position, future goals, and how to achieve results. Whereas plans list the steps, resources, and timelines for execution. While plans help implement strategy, they are not a strategy in themselves. Goals and actions must align with the logic of the strategy. Key Question: Does your organization really have a strategy, or does it just operate on plans?
