Always amazing to hear your perspective on these things Aaron! This one really touched me for a variety of reasons. My immense curiosity for technology and figuring out ways it can solve a specific individuals use case, or humanity as a whole, is something I really strive for. “Real empathy isn’t transactional; it’s relational.” - This could not be more true and have learned this first hand. Designing technology with empathy is something I have never thought about but will now stick with me forever. I am always interested in not only resolving the issue at hand but also making sure I am designing a user experience that really resonates with the user. Thank you for all of this Aaron!
