just joined Farcaster thanks to my friend @noviana! Iโm into good eats and travel, and a little too obsessed with my cat. I'm excited to share moments, foodie pics, and the occasional money-saving gems along the way. If you're seeing this - hi! I'm here to explore and share ๐

homemade bowl of pho because I canโt manage to find a good spot in nyc ๐ญ the broth I just get delivered frozen and same with the meat. so good and one of my favorites to make at home! The most annoying thing is probably just having to wait for the noodles to soak in water for awhile before cooking

had the pleasure of dining at this local spot that serves kaiseki in kobe. It's such a hidden gem that I can't even find it on google - but it's on Apple Maps under "isso" We went with family friends who live in Japan which is the only way we would have ever been able to find this place! But it's a popular spot to the locals - they serve incredibly fresh food, and use seasonal ingredients (like chestnuts for their chestnut rice which I still dream of today). My mom is vegetarian and I was so impressed with the level of detail and care that went into her dishes too. the owners/chef is a husband and wife duo and they didn't speak English but were SO kind and gave us the best experience ๐isso // kobe, japan
