This is the hard balance.
AI can verify integrity, but it can’t define ownership.
Sovereignty decides who benefits from automation.
If verification scales faster than control, you end up with transparent systems and invisible owners.
Ownership has to move with computation.
Otherwise trust gets automated, but value doesn’t.
