gut wrenching but way to not blow up the HR. you must be doing some serious training / Z2 rides to keep that HR low.

thinking: i know a lot of teams consistently share comms/updates when things are working well but when something goes sideways (and it persists), their communication cadence either chances or suffers altogether it's counterintuitive, but during these hard times, you want to over communicate to build trust
