Polygon’s Madhugiri hardfork just boosted throughput by 40%, taking the chain to 1,400 TPS — a solid jump.
And the roadmap gets even wilder: a clear path to 5,000 TPS within six months, which would put Polygon near the top of the industry… followed by Stage 2, aiming for 100k TPS over the next 12–24 months.
If they hit those numbers, Polygon becomes a real contender for global payments.
