Up to 22 years in prison for unauthorized cryptocurrency providers in Turkey.
The country has adopted a bill introducing new rules regarding cryptocurrencies, violation of which will be fined from $7,500 to $182,600, or imprisoned for a period of 3 to 5 years.
If the crime involves deceptive acts to conceal embezzlement, the offender faces 14 to 20 years in prison and fines of $20,000 or more.
In addition, all cryptocurrency transfers in the country will be registered.
