ah sorry, i wasn't clear. inscriptions on goerli at least have some degen use case since brc-20 variants are usually indexed off-chain, but there's no demand for blobspace since no other chains/projects view goerli as a reliable data layer and inscription indexers doubtfully would index blobs.
