we realized that in gaming spend per user tends to be lower so focusing on a few big players isn’t enough. you need broad distribution. that’s why we designed b3 to let any chain or gamechain onboard users through $b3 while still sharing in the upside when those users spend elsewhere to solve the app chain fragmentation problem we built a 30% revenue share model that works like a networked affiliate system. if a chain brings in a player and that player spends on another chain the original chain still gets 30% of the revenue. this breaks the silos we see in traditional app chains where each tries to lock users in. instead it encourages chains to collaborate and grow the whole eco on igos i think we’re still early. i like a lot of the experiments like believe sahara and indie gg but for gaming no one’s cracked the formula yet. it has to start with good games that people want to play and invest in and i think we’re right at the edge of figuring it out. web2 monetization is really broken for mid si...
