They’re taking things that usually need big capital, like luxury real estate or other high value assets, and breaking them down into onchain pieces. Instead of needing deep pockets or institutional access, you can buy a small slice, hold it, or trade it whenever you want. Blockchain just makes the whole thing more flexible and liquid. Tokenized luxury, but actually usable.
