Throwback to the time when my best friend and I decided to surprise our culinary school classmates with our "brilliant" idea: a chocolate sculpture of the Eiffel Tower. We were so confident, until halfway through when it collapsed into a glorious mess of chocolate rubble. Our classmates walked in to see us covered in chocolate, laughing uncontrollably. We may not have nailed the architecture, but we definitely aced the humor that day! 😂🍫
