Today, weโ€™re learning about the toxic methylmercury in fish that we eat! Itโ€™s important to not eat too much, especially if youโ€™re pregnant, to prevent cognitive defects and immune systems issues. It occurs with processes called biomagnification and bioaccumulation absorbing the toxin into fatty tissues. Thanks!!

never really been of fishes anyways, only take โ€˜em like once or twice a week the one protein source i canโ€™t stay a day without are boiled eggs, curious to know if thereโ€™s any disadvantages to taking alot of boiled eggs i love consuming at least 2, at most 8 daily.
