Today, weโre learning about the toxic methylmercury in fish that we eat! Itโs important to not eat too much, especially if youโre pregnant, to prevent cognitive defects and immune systems issues. It occurs with processes called biomagnification and bioaccumulation absorbing the toxin into fatty tissues. Thanks!!

never really been of fishes anyways, only take โem like once or twice a week the one protein source i canโt stay a day without are boiled eggs, curious to know if thereโs any disadvantages to taking alot of boiled eggs i love consuming at least 2, at most 8 daily.
