Great panel about US regulatory forecasts at Tokenize.NYC. Some of the points made:
* The main achievement so far for projects and builders is low enforcement risk
* The “bad rules” are still in place; do not adopt a “free for all” approach in this interim period
* Current admin reversed a lot of “debt” from the past few years - but path forward still unknown
* Projects should be even more cautious - regulatory landscape still largely unpredictable
* Actions by individual US states remain a “wild card”
* Everyone can’t wait for US Stablecoin bill!
