Anti fragile comes to mind made famous by skin in the game guy.
Seems the right way to prioritize, first you need to survive, then you make it abundance.
This is the same principle from Trump lol, make US strong first then maybe help other people NOT the other around.
I like it, really like this prioritization.
We already Solana, Monad and maybe some other for optimizing speed or throughput.
This is also inline how our evolution works NOT through optimization but more on local optima to local optima.
The key words 'in the world where everything seems to fragile or moving at the same time' we need something like this, like a rock, steady, it maybe slow but that is fine because it is just the beginning.
Steady, transparent, anti fragile, resilient or whatever you want to call it , is like the upstream of everything.
