I do have a couple of contacts I'm talking to who've expressed interest in collaborating to bootstrap such a forum, but it's in the earliest ideation stages and it's not even clear that it'll progress beyond that, so I don't want to get anyone's hopes up.
But I'll keep doing what I can in that direction, at least.
