If STRC's market cap grows so aggressively that it can become, say 50% amplification for the common by itself, then theoretically, STRC has grown larger than MSTR at Book value. I think there is a definitely a world where this is the case, especially with a USD reserve and dampened Bitcoin volatility. So what does MSTR represent, the value in the difference between the annual realized cagr of Bitcoin minus the annual obligations on preferred equities compounded forever.
