Cool. First post out of the way.
Putting out some tech this month. It’s my birthday month. Celebrating every day by open sourcing something. And putting it on block. And making it free!
For today, it’s Perswade.
Perswade utilizes AssemblyAI low latency universal streaming API and daft distributed querying to support the system which is intended to perform the following way
Enable deep learning of audio (hybridized approach I think in order to manage costs ) with contextual CRM data to drive sales performance, the learning enabling real time call coaching to the agent while algorithmically calculating probability of conversion while the agent is live on the phone.
The algorithm follows a conversation stack rather than a script, with principle sales communication vectors of

Will be open source MIT. Hoping I can get some feedback on this and some thoughts going on managing inferencing costs
