i didn’t say anything about less infra, I said more apps. infra that enables and accelerates app innovation and success, like AWS or Vercel has for web2, should be encouraged. on the other hand, the 1,000th deployment of an existing blockchain VM needs to really differentiate to get my attention (like Solana did, or MegaETH is currently doing for example)
