2008. some guy named satoshi drops the bitcoin whitepaper.
simple idea: money without banks.
2009 — first block, first tx.
2010 — someone buys pizza for 10,000 BTC. yep, that pizza.
then it took off: forks, alts, exchanges, bull runs, scams, NFTs, memes, regulators.
and it’s still just getting started.
