Account-based and utxo-based structure, who can win?
Since ethereum become the mostly used vm of blockchain. It spent many efforts to solve the state explosion problem where doesn't exist in utxo-based design.
To maintain the decentralized I think it's necessary to consider the utxo-based vm.
