Was supposed to make pad kra pao for dinner, but I can’t find any basil today, so instead of it, I kinda just experiment whatever we have in the kitchen. Haha.
This is surprisingly not bad. Would love to make this again, but will prolly throw more diced potatoes in the mix, and will add carrots too.
