What’s the current implementability of ZK tech for companies that don’t have an expert/specialist on their team?

Agree with @atheartengineer , though nowadays it's a lot easier to implement "zk tech", cause there're a lot of learning materials, s.a. "How to build it in X DSL" , and a lot of high-level explanations of zk as well. 
Even in 2021 it wasn't like that yet.
