Now, I take 5 minutes before I go to sleep and right when I wake up to just think deeply about what I want in life and let my brain explore all the possibilities of getting there. It sounds dumb, but I use my conscious to talk to myself and literally drill the ideas and goals into my head, that way, my thoughts throughout the day compound into days, months, and years of my lifetime spent just thinking about how to achieve my goals. The action then becomes an afterthought, a byproduct of constantly thinking about what you want; you just have to let your thoughts guide your actions.
