I think the most underrated aspect of life is how powerful your thoughts and focus truly are; 4 years ago I became obsessed with health and wellbeing, I saw people who were jacked, lean, tan, healthy, and enjoying their life and I wanted what they had. So, I thought about it, everyday, every hour, almost all my thoughts were framed behind the overarching goal of becoming jacked, tan, lean, and healthy. Today, I looked in the mirror and realized that I am jacked, tan, lean, and healthy. Honestly I didn’t feel a huge shift or difference between me now and me 4 years ago, there was never a huge sacrifice or hardship that allowed me to get what I wanted. I simply just obsessed over the goal state, after I drilled that goal state into my brain, every thought afterwards was subconsciously guiding me towards that goal, my base state of consciousness didn’t notice anything, but all my thoughts led me to take actions that seemed small but compounded into massive results.
