Step 2: Build ''intentional'' engagement Daily “GM” isn’t engagement, it’s noise. On my principle: Consistency builds trust. Trust builds belonging. I'd: - Design themed days: Memes, Alpha, Questions - Reward action (shoutouts, XP roles, whitelist perks) - Create 'rituals', not just “content”
