interesting take! I think it will also take academia from the political science field and other fields to understand the technology and the field, as well as creating knowledge. To long it has been running parallel, but not connected - leading to debates within each field attempting to come up with solution for problems that don't exist, or ignoring debates that have been running since decades.
As a political scientist, I will hopefully contribute to closing this gap, with the project I am just building up as well as during my postgrad academic career.
