Once he has cash, he immediately deploys it into $BTC He probably got the proceeds of the $STRE sale ($700M) on November 13, and then used it all to purchase BTC on that same day. But the more interesting part of last week's purchase imo is that he was able to raise $130M from $STRC That's much more that he was ever able to raise on any pref product in one week, and it's clear evidence that STRC is indeed the best structure for a preferred stock in terms of attractiveness, especially for retail. The potential demand on such product is VERY high, and it does all get funneled into BTC.
