Smoked some ribs this weekend and made 2 different BBQ sauces one was traditional ketchup based and the other was a spicy sriracha based sauce. 🤤

Been making my own salsa lately because I can’t find a good raw tomatillo salsa in stores. I use fresh tomatillo, garlic, white onion, lime juice, a Granny Smith apple for sweetness then one habanero for some spice🔥. Jalapeño is good too if you don’t like a lot of spice.
